NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING OF PRESSURE VESSELS:MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE TESTING TECHNIQUE

摘要 简要介绍了漏磁检测技术的原理及其应用,概述了当前国内外的漏磁检测技术和仪器的发展现状以及在压力容器检验中的应用,分析了影响漏磁检测灵敏度的主要因素。 The principle and application field of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) were introduced. The progresses of MFL technique, instrument and application in pressure vessel testing were reviewed. Some reasons affect the MFL testing sensitivity were analyzed.
