摘要
综述了纳米晶粒内部结构、界面结构特性、纳米微粉表面特性及分散性方面研究进展 。
In this paper,the microstructure and interface structure of nanocrystalline,the surface characteristic and dispersinity of nanoparticle were brirfly reviewed.The characterization of interface and surface of nanocrystalline were discussed.
