HIPS/CG-ATH纳米复合材料界面改性研究

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备出了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/高抗冲聚苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(MHIPS)/CG-ATH纳米复合材料,研究了MHIPS的加入量对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,利用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了纳米CG-ATH在HIPS基体中的分散性及其与HIPS基体间的界面粘接性。结果表明MHIPS的加入可以显著改善复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能,并且有助于强化纳米CG-ATH在HIPS基体中的分散性及其与HIPS基体间的界面粘接性。 HIPS/MHIPS/CG-ATH nano-eomposite is prepared by melt blending HIPS with MHIPS and nano-CG-ATH. The effect of the MHIPS amount on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of the nano-compesite is studied. The dispersion of the nano-CG-ATH in HIPS matrix and interfacial adhesion between them are analyzed by TEM and SEM. The results show that the flame retardant and mechanical properties of the nano-compesite could be evidently improved by adding the MHIPS, and the addition of the MHIPS is beneficial to improve the dispersion of the nano-CG-ATH in HIPS matrix and interfacial adhesion between them.
