探讨了N- 取代 - 4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成方法 ,以 4 -硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料 ,碳酸钾为缚酸剂 ,与 6种卤代试剂在DMF中发生N- 取代反应 ,生成相应的N-取代硝基物。硝基物经氯化亚锡在盐酸体系中还原 ,得到 6种N- 取代 -
Synthesis of six N-yl-4-aminophthalimides was d is cussed in this paper. The reactions were carried out with 4-nitrophthalimides a n d halogenated alkanes as raw materials, DMF as solvent, potassium carbonate as a ctivator, producing six N-yl-4-nitrophthalimides. The above compounds wer e r educed to corresponding amines by catalysis of stannous chloride in hydrochl oric acid.
