摘要
用pH 电位滴定法测定2,2' 联吡啶 3,3' 二羧酸(BDA)在37℃,cNaCl=0.1mol·L-1,乙醇/水混合溶剂中的酸解离常数pK1、pK2.结果表明在实验条件范围内,随着溶剂中乙醇含量的增加,溶剂的极性降低,有机弱酸的酸解离常数降低,并且其pKa值与乙醇在混合溶剂中的含量成线性关系.
pK1,pK2 of 2,2'-bipyridy-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid(BDA) have been determined by pH-potentiometric titration at 37 ℃ and at ionic strength cNaCl=0.1 in ethanol/water mixed solvent. The result showsed that the acid dissociation constants became lower with the increasing of ethanol, and there is a linear equation between pKa and the content of ethanol in mixed solvent.
