摘要
本文讨论了知识联盟的概念、特征、类型及作用 ,分析了知识联盟中知识管理的主要内容 ,认为有效的知识管理是知识联盟成功的关键 ,提出了加强知识联盟中的知识管理的对策。
This paper discusses some questions concerning knowledge alliances including its concept,feature,type and function.It analyzes the center of knowledge alliances witch is knowledge management.Then it points out that the effective knowledge management is the key to the success of knowledge alliances.Finally,the proposals to enhance the knowledge management in knowledge alliance are put forward in this paper.
