摘要
20世纪90年代中期以来,随着体制改革的深入和高等学校入学人数的激增,我国高等教育的发展又进入了一个新的阶段。认清高等教育发展过程中的矛盾与问题是我们在发展的新阶段作出正确的判断与选择的重要前提。就现阶段我国高等教育发展过程中存在的诸多矛盾而言,以下三对矛盾似具有重要的影响意义,它们是∶政府行政部门监管与高校自主办学的矛盾,高等教育的发展速度与承受能力的矛盾,政府(学校)主导的人才培养模式与学生选择学习权利的扩大的矛盾。
Since the middle of 1990's,Chinese higher education has entered a new stage of development along with deepening reform of system and rapid increases in the enrollment of students of higher educational institutions.It is an important premise to understand contradictions and issues for making correct judgments and selections in the new stage of development?Three contradictions that have important significance in the stage are as follows∶(1) the contradiction between administration of the government and management of higher educational institutions;(2) the contradiction between speed of development and capability in higher education;(3) the contradiction between talent-cultivation models decided by the government and enlargement of students'right of selecting studies?
