摘要
本文应用SPA-HRP(辣根过氧化物酶标记的金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A)免疫组织化学技术对14例宫颈癌和6例非宫颈癌的刮片细胞进行了CEA免疫反应性(IR)观察。结果见97％的癌细胞呈CEA-IR,且反应较强;大多数非典型增生细胞亦呈CEA-IR,并见有少数正常宫颈上皮细胞星弱CEA—IR。以上三者的CEA-IR有显著性差异。文中讨论了宫颈刮片细胞CEA免疫细胞化学检测对宫颈癌早期诊断的辅助价值及其对特异CEA抗体导向的局部抗宫颈癌治疗的意义。
Using SPA-HRP immunohistochemical technique for CEA detection the cell specimen scraped from 14 cases of cervical carcinoma and 6 cases of nonmalignant cervix were observed in comparasion. It was found that 97% of the cancer cells showed CEA immunoreactivity with stronger intensity; most dysplasia cells showed CEA immunoreactivity also and a weak CEA immunoreactivity was present in a few epithelial cells in normal cervix. Among them there was a significant difference in CEA immunoreactivity. In this paper the significance of CEA immunochemical detection from cervical scraping used as an adjunct to early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and as a backing for local therapy with specific CEA antibody against the cervical cancer cells was discussed.
