摘要
目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定感宁胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量及含量均匀度的方法。方法 采用Shim PackVP ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -庚烷磺酸钠醋酸混合溶液为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 2 6nm。结果 马来酸氯苯那敏浓度线性范围 0 10 8～ 0 648μg(r=0 9998) ,平均加样回收率为 98 87% ,RSD为 1 4 7%。 结论 本法简便、准确 。
AIM To establish the method for determining the content and uniformity of dosage units of chlorphenamine maleate in Ganning capsules by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic conditions included:Shim Pack VP ODS column, methanol mixed solution of sodium heptanesulfonate and glacial acetic acid(60:40) as a mobile phase, at detection wavelength 226 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0 108～0 648 μg for chlorphenamine maleate( r= 0 9998)? The average recovery was 98 87%, RSD was 1 47%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
