摘要
目的观察雷竹笋汁对糖尿病的预防作用。方法分别用生理盐水和雷竹笋汁 (低剂量组 2 0 5 .70mg/Kg,高剂量组 43 6.40mg/Kg)给各组健康大鼠灌胃 2 8天。然后腹腔注射四氧嘧啶 ( 2 0 0mg/Kg)制成糖尿病大鼠模型 ,正常组不作处理。测定各组大鼠血浆中葡萄糖 (Glu)、甘油三酯 (TG)、游离脂肪酸 (NEFA)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -c)、丙二醛(MDA)和肝糖原 (HG)含量及血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果雷竹笋汁低剂量组和高剂量组中的Glu、TG、NEFA、TC、LDL -c和MDA均显著低于模型对照组 ,HDL -c、肝糖原含量和SOD活性均显著高于模型对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,且雷竹笋汁对TC和LDL -c升高的抑制作用呈明显量效关系 ( P<0 .0 1 )。
Objective To observe the preventive effects of Lei Zhu Sun′s juice (LZS) on the diabetes mellitus.Methods The rats were randomly divided into three groups:① normal control (n=8),② models after premedication with normal saline (n=12),③ models after premedication with low dosage of LZS (n=12) and ④ models after premedication with high dosage of LZS (n=12).The premedications were continued for 28 days,and then the rats of latter three groups were all made into diabetic models by using the alloxan.The contents of glucose (Glu),tri acylglycerol (TG),non esterified fatty acid (NEFA),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL c),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL c) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in plasma and the contents of hepatic glycogen (HG) of all rats were measured.Results The contents of Glu,TG,NEFA,TC,LDL C and MDA in diabetic rats with premedication of LZS were obviously lower than that of control diabetic model group (P<0.05~0.01),whereas the contents of HDL c,HG and SOD activities in plasma of the rats of LZS groups were more higher than that of control group (P<0.01).The inhibiting effect of LZS on the increasing contents of TC and LDL c had obvious dose effect relationship (P<0.01).Conclusion LZS has an effect to preventing diabetes mellitus.
