摘要
探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF 1)在各型肝病患者中的变化规律。用放射免疫法测定188例肝病患者及50例正常人的血清IGF 1含量。结果表明,肝硬化及肝癌患者的IGF 1水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。IGF 1是在肝脏疾病的发展过程中判断肝细胞功能不良的重要指标。检测IGF 1对肝病患者尤其是判断肝硬化进展情况有一定的意义。
In order to study the change of insulinlike growth factorⅠ(IGF1) level in different types of lever diseae, the serum IGF1 levels of 188 patients with liver diseases and 50 healthy persons are detected using the method of RIA. The results show that the IGFI level in patients with liver necrosis and liver cancer is obviously higher than that in the normal control group.It suggests that IGFI can be a marker of hepatocellular dysfunction on the progress of liver disease. It is useful to detect IGFI level for dia gnosing and determining prognosis of patients with liver diseases and particular those with liver cirrhosis.
