摘要
以Ni/Al,NiCr为粘结层材料 ,Cr2 O3为陶瓷层 ,用等离子喷涂技术在 45号钢上制得了Ni/Al+Cr2 O3和NiCr+Cr2 O3双层涂层 ,通过电化学方法对带涂层的试样在 5 %的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究 ,并采用扫描电镜对双层涂层的腐蚀形貌进行了分析。结果表明 ,在有盐性介质存在的情形下 。
The Ni/Al+Cr 2O 3 and NiCr+Cr 2O 3 double layer coatings were prepared on the 45 steel by plasma spraying and the corrosion resistance of Ni/Al and NiCr intermediate layer has been studied in this paper by electrochemistry experiments as well as SEM observation.The study shows that NiCr has better corrosion resistance than Ni/Al in salty medium.
