摘要
虚拟企业是为了适应快速发展的市场环境而由不同核心能力的企业所组成的动态联合体。选择好合适的合作伙伴是虚拟企业获得最大利润的前提保障 ,也是其获得市场竞争力的关键。从企业的设计开发能力、加工制造能力、销售情况、敏捷性等主要指标入手 ,通过定性与定量相结合的分析方法对虚拟企业合作伙伴的选择进行评价。
Virtual enterprise of dynamic union of enterprises w it h various capabilities, which suits for the fast developing market environment. Selecting the appropriate partuers is a prerequisite indemnification to get maxi mum benefits, and it is vitall to get the market competitive advantages. With a combinative method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper makes an evaluation on how to choose virtual enterprises' partiners by concentrating an chief indexes of exploitation ability, manufacturing ability, Sales and agility, etc.
