摘要
本文首次报道了牡丹组织培养中出现的玻璃化现象.对牡丹正常苗与玻璃苗的形态学差异也作了较详尽的观察.同时通过实验发现,温度在很大程度上控制着牡丹玻璃苗的发生及发生频率.
This paper has given the frist report about the vitrification of tree peony(paeonia suffruticosa) during the culture. It also made a detailed observation on morphological differences between normal and vitrified Plantlets. Temperature was found to be the primary inducer of vitrification in tree peony.
