摘要
从品种、外植体选择、基本培养基类型、植物生长调节物质、玻璃化和褐化的研究等方面,综述了国内外芍药组织培养研究现状,指出了目前芍药组织培养存在的问题。
The research situations of the tissue culture of Paeonia lactiflora at home and abroad were summarized from the aspects of the varieties, explants selection ,types of basic media, plant growth regulators, vitrification, browning and so on. The existing problems in the current tissue culture of P. lactiflora were pointed out.
