摘要
由CO2合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)是一条对化学工业和环境保护都具有吸引力的工业路线。综述了以CO2为原料的两种合成方法(直接法和间接法)的最新研究。着重论述直接法合成中的催化剂以及反应条件对DMC收率的影响。CO2直接合成DMC有望成为一条重要的工业路线。
The synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from carbon dioxide is an attractive route to chemical industry and environmental protection. Direct synthesis (synthesis directly from carbon dioxide and methanol) and indirect synthesis (synthesis via formation of carbonate or urea from CO2 and then transesterification of ester carbonate with methanol or urea alcoholysis) of DMC were reviewed. Catalysts and reaction condition of direct synthesis were discussed, too. It was pointed out that direct synthesis of DMC may become a technology of promising prospect.
