摘要
采用表面反应改性法制备了MoO3 SiO2 表面复合物 ,用等体积浸渍法制备了MoO3 SiO2担载的Cu Ni双金属催化剂 ,用IR、TPD、TPSR和微反技术研究了CO2 和CH3 OH在催化剂表面上的化学吸附与反应性能。结果表明 ,Cu Ni/MoO3 SiO2 催化剂对CO2 和CH3 OH反应具有良好的催化反应活性 ,CO2 和CH3 OH在催化剂表面上的反应产物主要为碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)、CH2 O、CO和H2 O ,生成DMC的选择性在 80 %以上。
The surface complex support of MoO 3 SiO 2 was prepared by the method of surface reaction modification. The MoO 3 SiO 2 supported Cu Ni bimetallic catalyst was prepared by isovolumic impregnation. Chemical adsorption and reaction performance of carbon dioxide and methanol on the catalyst were characterized by IR, TPD, TPSR and micro reactor techniques. The results showed that the said catalyst had high activity for dimethyl carbonate synthesis from carbon dioxide and gaseous methanol, and the reaction products were mainly dimethyl carbonate with a selectivity higher than 80%, CH 2O, carbon monoxide and water.
