摘要
利用组织分离法对抗、感枯萎病西瓜品种不同生育期维管束真菌区系进行了分析。结果表明,同一品种不同生育期带菌株率不同,相同生育期各品种的带菌株率差异不显著。各品种都有自己独特的维管束真菌区系。真菌的种类,出现机率、优势种都与同期的其它品种有差异。果实膨大期以前,抗病品种比同期感病品种维管束内存活的真菌种类多,果实膨大期感病品种维管束真菌种类多于抗病品种。抗、感品种维管束真菌优势种均为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和链格孢菌(Allernaria spp).随着生育期延长,抗、感品种维管束内对西瓜枯萎病菌有拮抗作用的真菌种类占总数之比及拮抗效应增大。抗病品种的拮抗菌出现机率和拮抗作用都比同期的感病品种大。致病性测定结果表明:在西瓜维管束真菌区系中,除强致病菌外,还有弱致病菌,非致病菌和拮抗菌。尖孢镰刀菌的FO—1菌株致病力最强,FO—1和FO—3菌株属于枯萎菌西瓜专化型(F·oxysporum f.sp.niveum)。
Each of the varieties of watermelon has its own special Vascular bundle fungiflora,different from one another. Percentage of plant bringing with fungi was different in different living stages. The fungi species number of resistant varieties was more than that of susceptible ones before fruit expanding stage, bat less in fruit expanding stage. The common dominate species of vascular bundle flungiflora were F(?)sarium solani and Alternaria spp. The vascular bundle fungiflora of watermelon consisted of strong pathogenic fungi, weak pathogenic fungi, non-Pathogenic fungi and antibiotic fungi. FO—1 strain was the strongest pathogen.
