The purpose of this study is to study the species and abundance of endophytic fungi of Sophora moorcroftiana and lay a foundation for the conservational exploitation of Sophora moorcroftiana. Endophytic fungi were isolated from different parts of Sophora moorcroftiana by tissue separation method. According to the characteristics of colony, sporulation and spore characteristics, the spore-forming fungi were identified. In this experiment, 468 tissues of leaves, prickles, pods and stems of Sophora moorcroftiana were cultured. A total of 77 strains were obtained with a separation rate of 16.45%. The highest separation rate was pod(45.68%), The most abundant sites of endophyte species were thorn(0.88), and according to the characteristics of colony, 77 endophytic fungi were divided into 21 types and 15 spore-forming strains were identified as 7 genera by child entity and their spore characteristics. Among them, Phoma sp. and Chaetomium sp. were the dominant species. This experiment further enriched the species of endophytic fungi of Sophora moorcroftiana in Tibet and laid the foundation for the exploitation and utilization of the metabolites of endophytic fungi of Sophora moorcroftiana.
