摘要
随着混凝土面板堆石坝坝高和工程规模的日益增大,施工期坝体临时断面的度汛问题就显得越发突出,而其焦点是垫层的施工。寻求坝体垫层料快速填筑方法及上游坡面垫层的新型防护形式,已成为高混凝土面板堆石坝施工技术发展的一个重要方面。从传统的施工方法,到巴西ITA(伊塔)坝创造性地采用挤压式混凝土边墙保护方法进行垫层料、过渡料的施工,垫层施工技术产生了新的飞跃。今后一段时间,垫层施工应是ITA方法占主导地位,并且新的边墙形式及边墙成型工艺将不断出现,新的碾压和铺料方式将被采用,朝着更加简化施工、快速、高压实度的方向发展。
With the increase of the height and scale of concrete faced rock dam (CFRD), it is vital to the temporary damsection for discharging flood during flood season, especially the cushion construction. Quick filling technique of dam cushion and new slope protection methods for upstream surface are important to high CFRD construction. It is not until the construction of ITA dam, has the conservative construction technology transformed greatly into compression concrete sidewall for cushion filling. From now on, ITAtech shall prevail cushion construction meanwhile new technologies will be springing up towards a simpler, faster and solider further.
