摘要
挤压式混凝土边墙施工技术是混凝土面板堆石坝上游坡面施工的新方法,该技术可以替代传统工艺中垫层料的超填、削坡、修整、碾压、坡面防护等工艺等工序,简化了施工程序,降低了工程投资,加快了施工进度,通过采用针对性的坡面处理措施,可以保证及提高工程质量,改善面板的变形及受力状态,在混凝土面板堆石坝设计及施工中推广应用。
The construction technology of extruded concrete side wall is a new technology applied to the upstream slope construction of concrete face rockfill dam.The technology may replace these procedures of the traditional process,including cushion material overfilling,slope cutting,dressing,rolling,slope protection,and so on,which could simplify the construction process,reduce project investment and accelerate construction schedule.The pertinent slope treatment measures are adopted,which could ensure and enhance engineering quality and improve the panel deformation and stress state.It has the wide application prospect in the design and construction of concrete face rockfill dam.
