鼻咽癌患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平测定和意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :通过测定鼻咽癌 (NPC)患者外周血血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量以及肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)的水平 ,探讨其在鼻咽癌发病机理和肿瘤免疫方面的作用。方法 :采用比色法测定 86例NPC患者和 6 5例正常对照者血清中SOD活性和LPO含量 ;用双抗夹心ELISA法分别测定其血清中TNF -α水平。结果 :鼻咽癌患者外周血血清中LPO含量非常显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,SOD活性非常显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而TNF -α水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清中LPO含量和TNF -α水平呈高度正相关 (LPO含量的P值 <0 .0 0 1,TNF-α的P值 <0 .0 1) ,而SOD活性则相反 (P值 <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :鼻咽癌患者外周血血清中SOD活性和LPO含量及TNF -α水平的联合检测 ,有助于了解鼻咽癌患者的机体免疫状态 ,对探讨鼻咽癌的发病机制、病情判断、转归、预后以及临床治疗有指导意义和价值。 Objective:The purpose of the study was to approach the effect of Super oxide dismutase(SOD). Lipid per oxidation and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in mechanism and tumor immune of nasopharynageal carcinoma(NPC) ,though determining the activation of Super oxide dismutase, the content of Lipid per oxidantion and the level of Tumor necrosis factor-αin NPC patient serum. Methods:To determine the activation of SOD and the content of LPO in 86 patients compared to that of 65 normal cases by colorimetry , and the level of TNF-α by ELISA . Results:The content of LPO in NPC group's serum were very significant higher than that in normal group (P<0.001) and the activation of SOD was very significant lower than the compared group's, the level of TNF-α was significantly higher than that of normal group. The content of LPO in serum was highly positive relevant to the level of TNF-α, but negative relevant to the activation of SOD. Conclusion: The associated detections of the activation of SOD and the content of LPO and the level of TNF-αare helpful to find out the NPC patients' immune state, and have guiding significant and value on inquiring into NPC's mechanism diagnosis, direction, Prognosis and clinical treatment.
