摘要
单光束表面光电压谱仪,当光源强度随时间发生漂移时,必然产生结果误差。本文设计了一种双光束表面光电压谱仪,它能在测量表面光电压谱的同时,对光源发射谱进行跟踪测量。这样,就完全消除了因光源漂移产生的误差。同时,双光束仪的设计,也省去了表而光电压谱归一化处理的软件和数据库,节省了计算机内存空间,提高了计算机的使用效率。
Single-beam surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS) apparatus can not avoid the error caused by the drift of light source intensity with time . In order to cut down the error to the vanishing point, double-beam SPS apparatus has been designed for the first time inside or outside our country. In result, the error is eliminated. And also the design of soft ware and the data for the normalization of SPS are deled.For this reason, the occupied room of computer memory is reduced.
