摘要
本工作以Rosencwaig和Gersho的理论为依据,用自行设计安装的光声光谱仪,对光声光谱、表面光电压谱进行了能量及波长坐标校正,得到了相当于光源能量不随波长而变及波长坐标线性变化的结果。
Based on Rosencwaig & Gersho's theory, a PAS was designed and set up. By using it, adjustments of intensity and wavelength-coordinate of PAS & SPS were carried out. And the satisfactory result was got , which wase qdivalenl to that the intensity of light source did not vary with wavelength and wavelength-coordinate changed lineally.
