首先 ,介绍了可靠性统计试验的概念 .在给出可靠性验证试验方案设计公式的基础上 ,以实例说明了如何设计不直接套用GJB899的可靠性鉴定试验方案 .最后 ,介绍了可靠性测定试验 。
The concept of reliability statistic test is introduced.The design formula for reliability compliance test scheme is given.The reliability qualification test schemes are designed by non using GJB899.Finally,the reliability determination test is presented,and the determination test result of a product is analyzed.
