摘要
目的 评价切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内 (指距下关节 )骨折的早期临床疗效。方法 采用切开复位、钢板内固定技术对 2 7例 3 1侧跟骨关节内骨折进行治疗。结果 术后平均随访 13个月 ( 1～ 2 1个月 ) ,按“跟骨关节内骨折评分标准”评估疗效 ,优 13侧 ( 41.94% ) ,良 9侧 ( 2 9.0 3 % ) ,可 8侧 ( 2 5 .81% ) ,劣 1侧( 3 .2 3 % ) ,总优良率为 70 .97%。结论 采用切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折 。
Objective To evaluate the early clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF) for the treatment of intraarticular (subtalar joint) calcaneal fractures. Methods Thirty-one intraarticular calcaneal fractures in twenty-seven patients were treated by open reduction and reconstruction plate fixation. Results When evaluated by the “intraarticular calcaneal fracture score”, a mean follow-up of 13.2 months (1 to 21 months) revealed excellent results in 13 patients (41.94%); good in 9 (29.03%); fair in 8 (25.81%) and poor in 1 (3.23%).As a whole,the excellent and good results reached 70.97%. Conclusion The intraarticular calcaneal fractures treated by ORIF are satsifactory.
