摘要
目的 应用自制神经束内微电极采集家兔周围神经电信号 ,改变电极形状及埋入方式 ,使其更适合长期埋入。方法 以 95 %铂、5 %铱合金制模均匀拉丝成直径为 60 μm的金属丝 ,外加 5 μm聚脂类绝缘体涂层制成微电极 ,距头端 8mm处开始制成 10圈直径为 0 .5mm的弹簧状 ,采用显微外科操作技术将微电极直接插入家兔坐骨神经一神经束中作为记录电极。以神经束外一直微电极作为参考电极 ,远端连接肌电图仪 ,在神经束插入点近端以同心针状电极刺激 ,记录神经束电信号。结果 改良神经束内微电极固定良好 ,且可稳定地记录到周围神经的电信号。经分析已导出的电信导波形具有运动神经动作电位的特征。
Objective Multiunit recordings were made in peripheral nerve of anesthetized rabbits after acute implantation of self-made intrafascicular electrode by changing its implantation mode to find out of the appropriate method suitable for long-period implantation. Methods The recording electrode made from 60 μm 95%Pt, 5%Ir wire, spring-like 8 mm from the cephalad end with diameter 0.5 mm of 10 cycles, was implanted directly by microsurgical technique into the fascicle of the sciatic nerve of rabbit. A straight electrode was placed outside the fascicle and paralleled to the intrafascicular electrode as reference electrode. Both distal ends were corrected to a differential amplifier and bandpass filter. Stimulating with 1 concentric pin electrode already implanted in the fascicle at a proximal point for recording on an EMG instrument. Results The signals were successfully recorded by modified self-made intrafascicular electrode, and the signals recorded had the characters of the motor nerve. Conclusion The electric signal of sciatic nerve of rabbits can be recorded stably with modified self-made intrafascicular electrodes.
