摘要
用静态失重法研究了吗啉衍生物及其复配物对CO2腐蚀的缓蚀效果。试验表明,该吗啉衍生物与咪唑啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇复配后对抑制CO2的腐蚀有良好的效果,气相中的缓蚀效率可达93.6%,液相中的缓蚀效率为96.9%。
The efficiency of the corrosion inhibitor morpholine derivative and its mixture are studied by static suspension weightlessness. The results showed that the morpholine derivative by mixing with imidazoline derivative, thiocarbamide and propiolic alcohol was a good corrosion inhibitor for inhibiting CO2 corrosion both in vapor phase and liquid phase . The inhibition efficiency was 93.6% in vapor phase and the inhibition efficiency was 96.9% in liquid phase under the condition of experience.
