摘要
目的 研究正常结肠粘膜、结肠良、恶性病变中端粒酶的表达及其意义。方法 收集 3 2例结肠癌、1 1例结肠良性病变和 1 6例正常粘膜的手术标本 ,用半定量端粒重复扩增 (TRAP) -银染法测端粒酶活性 ,并行统计学处理。结果 结肠正常粘膜、良、恶性病变的端粒酶相对值的组间两两比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;正常结肠粘膜、结肠良性病变、结肠癌的端粒酶相对值呈逐渐增高的趋势。结论 端粒酶在鉴别结肠正常粘膜、良性病变及结肠癌中是一项重要的辅助诊断指标 ,对结肠良性病变癌变危险性评估中具有重要意义。
Objective To study the telomerase expressio n and clinical significance in normal mucosa,benign and malignant lesions of colon .Methods 59 specimens (32 cases of colonic carcinoma,11 cases o f c olonic benign lesions and 16 cases of colon normal mucosa)were collected.Telomer ase activity was examined using the semi-quantitative telomerase repeat amplific ation protocol(TRAP)and silver staoning method. Results The telomerase relative index had significant differenc e between anytwo of the normal mucosa,benign lisions and carcinoma of colon,and the index raised gradually in this sequence (P<0 05).Co nclusion Telomerase is a good diagnosis marker of distinguishing the no rmal mucosa,benign and malignant lesions of colon,and is important in assessing the carcinoma change fatalness of benign colonic lesions.
