人工培育牙鲆种苗的白化现象及防治法 被引量:1

摘要 目前,国内人工牙鲆养殖业方兴未艾,沿海各地部已开始,但养殖牙鲆有不少难题,首先育苗就存在问题,即牙鲆鱼人工采卵孵化后,常出现部份个体体色异常,这种现象称作白化。白化种苗用于养殖,商品价值低;用作放流,成活率也很低。为了查明白化机制,并找到防治办法,日本从1983年开始,组织了以大学、县试验场和载培渔业协会以及中心等为主体的研究机构,以白化为主要课题。
