Progress on Nutrition Research of Paralichthys olivaceas

摘要 综述了牙鲆在蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类和维生素等方面的最新研究进展,并提出了一些建议。 The recent study progress of Paralichthys olivaceas is summerized here on protein, amino acid, lipid and vitamin etc., and some advices are given on its nourishment study.
