摘要
目的 :探讨高海拔地区大鼠严重烧伤后肺脏病理改变以及复方红景天参芪花粉对其影响 ;方法 :1 80只大鼠随机分为烧伤试验组 (红景天组 )、烧伤对照组和正常组 ,试验组伤前用RACC 4ml灌胃给药 ,对照组及正常组生理盐水 4ml灌胃 ,伤后不同时相点剖腹取肾组织 ,1 0 %福尔马林固定 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,HE染色 ;结果 :伤后 3小时 ,对照组肺泡即发生严重损伤 ,持续 (6~ 2 4)小时加重 ,而实验组则损伤轻微 ;结论 :大鼠高原严重烧伤后 ,早期肺损伤严重 。
Objective:To study the pathological changes of lung injury induced-burn and the protective effects of Rhadiola Astragalus Codonopsis Compound (RACC) on lung in rats with severe burn at high altitude.Methods:A total of 180 rats, exposed in altitude of 3 480m for 1 week, were randomly divided into test group (84 animals), in which the rats were burnt up to Ⅲ°and the RACC was taken by gastric canal before burn, test control group (84 animals), in which the burnt rats were taken normal saline before burn and normal group (12 animals),in which the healthy rats were taken normal saline only. The pathological observation of lung was performed by microscopy among three groups after 3h, 6h, 12h; 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and one week burn.Results:There were obviously differences of pathological changes in three groups after 3hrs burn. Pulmonary changes of morphology in the test control group were the most severe, the test group mild and no changes in the normal group.Conclusion:The injury of lung was severe on pathology in the rats burnt at high altitude, but the RACC could protect the rats from the severe lung injury.
