摘要
本文概述了我国普通型变性淀粉在新形势下存在的不足,介绍了两性淀粉或多元变性淀粉在应用中表现的优异性能及其制备的基本原理。
The disadvantages of domestic conventional starch under the new condition are discussed. The advantages of dual or multi-component modified starch in application and its principle of prepation are introduced.
