摘要
目的 :探讨经尿道老年前列腺电汽化术 (TUEVP)围手术期康复护理意义及主要对策。方法 :32 1例老年前列腺增生症患者行TUEVP围手术期康复护理 ,并在术前和术后 3、6、9及 12个月时进行国际前列腺症状 (IPSS)、生存质量 (QOL)评分和剩余尿 (RU)测定 ,综合评价TUEVP疗效。结果 :手术后第 3、6、9及 12个月时 ,患者IPSS评分、QOL评分和RU值均较手术前有显著改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,仅 1例在拔管后出现短暂尿失禁。结论 :TUEVP围手术期康复护理是TUEVP手术的重要辅助手段。
Objective:To study the implication of perioperatively nursing care of old patients subject to transurethral electrovaparization of the prostate (TUEVP) and countermeasures. Methods:321 cases of old benign prostate hyperplasia undergoing TUEVP were subjected to nursing cares including care instruction, postoperative irrigation of bladder. Before and 3, 6, 9, 12 months after operation, all cases were assessed for IPSS, QOL and residual urine, and the effectiveness of TUEVP was evaluated. Results:On the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month after operation, IPSS scores, QOL scores and residual urine value were markedly improved as compared with those before operation ( P <0.01). One case suffered from a temporary incontinent after removal of catheter. Conclusion:The perioperatively nursing care after TUEVP was one important part of TUEVP.
