小儿心脏术后急性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析的护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的：探讨在小儿心脏术后并发急性肾功能衰竭时采取腹膜透析的护理意义。方法回顾性分析本院2010年12月~2012年12月期间所做心脏手术后并发急性肾功能衰竭的12例患者的临床资料。结果本组在完成腹膜透析的6例患儿中,患儿失调的水电解质及酸碱平衡均得以纠正,安全度过术后危险期,术后随访结果,6例患儿肾功能情况恢复良好。结论心脏术后急性肾功能衰竭为患儿采取腹膜透析可有效提高患儿存活率,有利于患儿术后的肾功能恢复。
