摘要
以复分解法制备硝酸羟胺 (HAN)水溶液 ,用正交实验分析了反应温度、反应时间和减压蒸馏温度对反应产率的影响。确定的实验室最佳制备条件为 :反应时间 2 5min ,反应温度 6 0℃ ,减压蒸馏温度 5 0℃。
The double decomposition method is applied to prepare hydroxylammonium nitrate solution in this paper. The effects of the reaction time, reaction temperature and distillation temperature on the reaction output are analyzed by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum reaction condition gained for laboratory is that the reaction time is 25 minutes, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃ and the distillation temperature is 50 ℃. The precision of reduction oxidation titration method and based acid titration method is compared to determine the content of hydroxylammonium nitrate.
