摘要
目的 用动物实验验证鸡矢藤对急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 经口灌服四氯化碳油溶液复制急性小鼠肝损伤模型 ,造模当天及以后第 1~ 3天 ,给鸡矢藤粉或其浸膏口服液口服 ,观测用药后血清GOT、GPT及肝脏组织形态学的变化。结果 用药各组肝脏组织病理变化较轻微 ,但降酶效果仅在鸡矢藤浸膏组见到 ,且作用不甚明显。结论 鸡矢藤对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤的保护作用有待进一步评估。
ObjectiveTo confirm the protective effects of Paederia scandens (Lour) Merr on acute hepatic injury by animal model. MethodsThe model of acute hepatic injury was established in mice by tube-feeding of CCl_4. The mice were orally administered with Paederia scandens (Lour) Merr or its extract on day 1, 2 and 3 after establishment of the model. Serum activity of GOT and GPT was determined and the pathology of the liver was observed with microscopy. ResultsThe pathological changes in the liver were milder in all the experimental groups. However, the serum activity of GOT and GPT was slightly decreased in the groups using the extract of Paederia scandens (Lour) Merr. ConclusionsThe protective effects of Paederia scandens (Lour) Merr on CCl_4-induced hepatic injury needs to be further evaluated.
