摘要
目的 :探讨乳腺X线立体定位穿刺术的临床价值。方法 :回顾 1997年 1月 - 2 0 0 2年 6月对10 5例的 10 8个病灶 ,根据X线钼靶摄片所发现的恶性及可疑恶性、不能肯定其性质的病灶行立体定位穿刺 ,作病理学检查。结果 :在 10 5例的 10 8个病灶的检查中 ,诊断符合率为 95 4 % ,定性诊断准确率为10 0 %。结论 :乳腺X线立体定位穿刺术定位活检准确、技术创伤小、简单易行 ,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy in diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods From Jan.1997 to Jun.2002,biopsy was done for 108 lesions found on mammography in 105 patients with mammographically suspected small lesions,which demonstrated malignant signs such as clusters of calcifications,poorly demarcated nodules or regional structural.Result The diagnostic concordance rate was 95.4%.Conclusions Stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy is less invasive and easy to perform,and is very helpful for the diagnosis of breast lesions.
