摘要
目的 总结平顶山市 1995～ 2 0 0 2年艾滋病流行趋势和传播途径 ,为艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。 方法 对 1995～ 2 0 0 2年全市艾滋病监测资料进行分析。 结果 1995～ 2 0 0 2年共检出艾滋病病毒感染者 42例 ,其中艾滋病病人 14例 (已死亡 10例 )。 42例中血液传播占 88.10 % ( 37/ 42 ) ,母婴传播占 4.76% ( 2 / 42 ) ,性接触传播占 2 .38%( 1/ 42 )。目前该市艾滋病三种传播途径都已出现 ,主要传播途径以血液传播为主。 结论 平顶山市艾滋病流行已进入快速增长期 ,经血液传播艾滋病感染者已进入死亡高峰。
Objective To analyze the prevalent status and route of transmission of AIDS in Pingdingshan City,Henan Province and provide basis for formulating control measures and conducting the activities of prevention and treatment. Methods The data of surveillance of AIDS in this city in 1995～2002 were collected and analyzed. Results There 42 HIV positives were detected from 1995 to 2002 including 14 AIDS patients (with 10 deaths) with regard to the routes of infection,88.10% 37/42 of the 42 HIV positives were acquired the infection through blood transmission,4.76% (2/42) through vertical transmission and 2.38% (1/42) through sexual intercourse.Blood transmission is the main route of transmission. Conclusion The prevalence of AIDS is now at a fast-growing stage in this city.Thus comprehensive and effective control measures for prevention of HIV infection and treatment of AIDS patients be taken.
