摘要
目的 应用干芜散治疗囊虫 ,观察 5年的远期治疗效果。 方法 32 0例囊虫病患者 ,经驱绦治疗后 ,服用干芜散方剂治疗 ,每隔 3个月复查肝功一次 ,服药 0 .5～ 2年复查CT一次 ,5年复查CT一次。 结果 112例有皮下结节者服用干芜散 5年经复查皮下结节均已消失 ,消失率为 10 0 %。 2 2 4例伴有癫痫大发作的脑囊虫病患者中有180例未再发作。头痛、面部肌肉抽搐、活动受限、语言障碍等症状已得到改善者 2 81例。 170例脑CT未见异常 ,96例可见散在钙化点 ,18例除见到钙化点外 ,尚可见有低密度小囊。行CSF分流术者侧脑室、三脑室已基本恢复正常。服用干芜散 5年远期总有效率为 95 .94% ( 30 7/32 0 ) ,其中治愈率为 61.88% ( 198/32 0 ) ,显效 2 1.5 6% ( 69/32 0 ) ,好转 12 .5 0 % ( 40 /32 0 ) ,无效 4.0 6% ( 13/32 0 )。 结论 干芜散对囊尾蚴具有杀伤作用。
Objective To observe therapeutic effects of Ganwusan on cysticercosis patients for a period of 5 years. Methods After clearanse of tapeworm,320 cysticercosis patents were treated with Ganwusan,during which hepatic functions were tested every 3 months,and CT examinations were carried out at the points of half year to 2 years and 5 years years. Result All the subcutaneous nodules in the 112 cases disappeared 5 years after treatment with Ganwusan with a disappearing rate of 100%.No epilepsy occurred in 224 cysticercosis patients with grand mal epilepsy didn't have epilepsy ever since the administration of Ganwusan.Headache,facial muscular spasm,movement restriction and aphasia were improved in 281 cases.CT reaults was mormal in 170 cases,while disperse calcification spots were identified in 96 cases and low-density capsules as well as calcification spots were identified in 18 cases.In cases after CSF shunt,lateral ventricles and the 3 rd ventricles of brain became normal basically.The grand 5-year effective rate of Ganwusan administration was 95.94%(307/320),among which cure rate was 61.8%(198/320),obvious improvement rate was 21.56%(69/320),improvement rate was 12.50%(40/320) and rate of no effect was 4.06%(13/320). Conclusion Ganwusan does have the killing actions on cysticerci.Ganwusan can be used in the cases in which chemical drugs cannot be used somehow or in those who cannot afford to receive necessary treatment by staying in hospital.
