摘要
通过对辽河油田油水井套管损坏情况的全面调查与分析 ,找出了造成辽河油田稠油井套管损坏的主要原因 ,并提出了相应的预防措施 ;针对套管损坏的不同程度 ,提出了相应的修复复产治理技术 ,即套管加固密封工艺技术、爆炸整形修井工艺技术、套管补贴工艺技术、取换套管工艺技术、套管内侧钻工艺技术、电潜泵和电缆打捞磨铣工具的研制等。实践证明 ,这些技术能够针对辽河油田的实际情况 ,有效预防套管损坏井的发生和恢复部分因套管损坏严重而停产的油水井的生产 ,为油田稳产。
Through thorough investigation and analysis of casing failure in wells of Liaohe oilfield, major reasons of failure in heavy oil wells have been found out and appropriate prevention measures are put forward. Corresponding workover measures for different casing failures are advanced, including casing reinforced sealing, explosive shaping, casing replacing, side tracking, electrical submersible pump, and wireline fishing milling technique. It has been proved by practice that, these techniques can prevent casing failures effectively and put some wells with serious casing failure problems back on production, thus helping the oilfield to increase and stabilize oil production.
