摘要
对于套管严重损坏的老井和躺井,用常规修井磨铣、整形等修复工艺往往难以修复。结合稠油热采井实际开采情况,实施全井下￠127mm套管、固井、射孔等工艺,恢复油井正常生产。全厂50口井实践应用成功,增产稳产,经济效益良好。
For some serious damage to the casing of the old wells,lie well,it is difficult to repair with conventional workover milling,shaping and other repair process.Combined with the actual exploitation of heavy oil thermal recovery,the technologies of underground ￠ 127mm casing,cementing and perforating are used to recover normal production.After practice,all the 50 wells in the factory are operated very well and get good economic benefits.
