摘要
目的 :比较复方布洛芬擦剂和布洛芬擦剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :配制复方布洛芬擦剂及布洛芬擦剂 ,以动物模型观察药物作用。结果 :复方布洛芬擦剂及布洛芬擦剂对多种致炎剂和致痛剂引起的炎性水肿和疼痛均具有明显抑制作用。结论 :复方布洛芬擦剂的抗炎镇痛作用强于布洛芬擦剂 (P <0 .0 5 )。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To compare the effcts of compound lbuprofen,liniments and ibuprofen of anti inflammation and analgesic.METHODS The liniments containing compound ibuprofen and Ibuprofen were prepared and their effects were observed by animal models.RESULTS Both Compound ibuprofen liniments and ibuprofen liniments are effective in anti inflammation and analgesic treatment.CONCLUSIONS Compound ibuprofen limiment's effect is befter than ibuprofen liniments' ( P < 0.05 ).
