摘要
本文对布洛芬与雷公藤、川乌、草乌、黄芪等中药组成的复方进行了研究。结果表明雷公藤、川乌草乌、黄芪等中药的镇痛作用与布洛芬有协同作用;消炎作用虽有增加,但无统计学意义。当布洛芬与雷公藤、川乌、草乌、黄芪等中药合并应用时,不仅其生物利用度没有发生明显变化。
Compound Brufen Consists of Brufen and traditional chinese medicine lei gong teng, Chuan Wu, Cao Wu, Huang qi etc. This paper reports the experimental results of its prescription studies. The results showed lei gong teng, Chuan Wu, Cao Wu and Huang qi etc not Only increase analgesic effect of Brufen but also reduce stimulation induced by Brufen on stomach. Bioavailability of Brufen has not been obviously Changed when applying traditional Chinese medicine.
