摘要
目的 :探讨丘脑高血压脑出血手术治疗的方式。方法 :对 43例丘脑高血压脑出血患者采用不同的术式进行手术治疗。结果 :本组 43例 ,存活 3 9例 ,死亡 4例 ,有效率 91%。结论 :总结得出不同类型丘脑高血压脑出血应采用不同的手术方式治疗 。
Objective:To explore operation method of hypertensive thalamus hemorrhage.Methods:43 patients with hypertensive thalamus hemorrhage were operated with various method.Results:Among 43 cases,39 patients are alive(91%),other 4 cases died.Conclusions:Various hypertensive thalamus hemorrhage were operated with various method.Key of success is exact master operative indication.
