治疗性一侧颈内动脉闭塞在脑血管病的应用

摘要 目的　总结治疗性闭塞一侧颈内动脉在部分脑血管治疗中的经验和体会。方法　共 1 4病例 ,其中颈内动脉海绵窦瘘 9例 ,颈内动脉动脉瘤 5例 ,在X线电视屏幕监视下 ,经股动脉插管 ,1 3例用Magic -BD球囊导管及乳胶球囊和 1例用TRACKER微导管及GDC闭塞一侧颈内动脉。结果　 1 4例全部治愈 ,无严重并发症。结论　某些脑血管病可以用闭塞一侧项内动脉来进行治疗 ,但一定要在侧枝循环好、闭塞试验能耐受的情况下进行。
