摘要
本文介绍了用无机膜过滤技术处理食用油生产碱炼洗涤废水过程中膜污染控制的一种有效方法-气液在线自动反冲洗,并对其机理、效果、稳定性进行了探讨,确定了气液反冲方式、周期和时间,经实际应用表明效果良好。
A efficient method controlling membrane polluted by online gas-liquid auto backwashing for treating wastewater from ediblefat production by inorganic membrane filtration is introduced. The principle, effect and stabilization of backwashing are discussed and the manner, interval and time of backwashing are determined. Practical application showed that the method had better effect.
