摘要
目前随着油田各种站型的增加,含油污水的处理环节显得尤为重要,本文主要是采用PLC闭环控制方式替代原来的开环控制方式对反冲洗控制过程的改进,提高污水处理后的水质质量。优化后,在去除污染物方面和出水水质指标方面均优于原参数,延长了滤罐的反冲洗周期,并且改进后比改进前减少了反冲洗的自耗水量。
At present,with the increase of oil field,the treatment of oily sewage is particularly important.In this paper,the PLC closed loop control method is used to replace the original open loop control mode to improve the control process of the back flushing,and to improve the quality of the water after sewage treatment.After optimization,in terms of pollutant removal and effluent water quality indicators are better than the original parameters,to extend the filter tank of the reverse washing cycle,And the self water consumption of the back flushing is reduced before the improvement.
