摘要
电泳芯片是一种重要的微型分析仪器。针对目前电泳芯片分离电压高、难以实现真正的一体化集成等问题,利用在分离通道上分段、交替、循环施加电压的方法提出了电泳芯片低电压分离的模型。依据该模型对这种低电压集成电泳芯片的研制工艺和控制系统进行了研究,研制出了相应的样品。初步实验表明,该电泳芯片的低电压分离的思想可为分析仪器的集成化、便携式设计提供一定的方法。
A model has been established for low voltage separation of electrophoresis chips by alternative and cyclical fragmental application of voltage at both sides of the separation channel. The fabrication and control of low voltage integrated electrophoresis chips have been studied using this model, with samples produced. Initial experiments show the new idea of low voltage separation is one of the ways and means for integration and portable design of electrophoresis chips.
