摘要
提出一种双腔微泵结构设计方案,建立微泵膜片的有限元模型,应用有限元流固耦合分析对流体进行模拟,经过分析计算,得到微泵的输出流量,并模拟出流速和压力的变化情况,从而较为全面地认识微泵系统的流体特性.
The design of a new type of two cavities micropump was put forward,the model of micropump was built.By simulating the fluid with FEM fluid-solid weak coupling analysis,we worked out the output flux of the micropump.The change of fluid velocity and pressure of the micropump is also simulated,thus we can recognize the property of the liquid of the microsystems more completely.
